  2. Each participant must answer the featured TIMY question based on the episode of the day. A participant only has one chance to choose an answer per daily question.
  3. Raffle entries earned from the previous week/s will not be carried over to the following week.

  5. A participant can only win twice during the duration of the promo period and only once per week.
  6. Each week, ten (10) TIMYllennials will win TIMY signed merchandise. Winners will be determined via electronic raffle.

  1. SCHEDULE AND PROCEDURE IN THE NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:

ABS-CBN will notify the ten (10) weekly winners on the draw dates specified in the table above through call, e-mail, registered mail and/or Facebook message, as may be determined solely by ABS-CBN. ABS-CBN will notify the winners INDIVIDUALLY. Prizes shall be awarded only after the entire validation process for winners has been completed. No text notifications will be sent to the winner/s advising him/her that he/she won.

ABS-CBN may require winners to present proof of subscription, as may be solely determined by ABS-CBN. If the winner is a cable or satellite subscriber, he/she shall be required to provide the following details via email: Cable/Satellite Provider Name, Account Name Registered & Account Number.

ABS-CBN reserves the right, but does not have the obligation, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the offered prize is unavailable.  No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except as provided herein.  ABS-CBN assumes no responsibility/liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of a prize.

Prizes are non-transferable but not convertible to cash.
 

Procedure for claiming prizes by the winner:

The Prize will be delivered to the Winner at the address indicated by Winner at registration.  The Winner shall be required to show a valid ID upon delivery of the Prize. Should the Winner not be present at the time of delivery, his/her authorized representative may receive the Prize upon showing the Winner’s valid ID, a letter authorizing the said representative to receive the Prize, and said representative’s valid ID.
 

Right to Cancel, Modify or Suspend the Promo

ABS-CBN reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Promo for any reason including but not limited to infection by computer virus, technical failure or any other problems beyond the control of ABS-CBN.

Right to Disqualify Participants

ABS-CBN reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant who violates the Terms or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Participant’s Warranties

Participant further warrants that he/she voluntarily joined the Promo and assumes all risks arising from or associated with your participation in the Promo.

Non-Liability

ABS-CBN, its subsidiaries and affiliates, including their directors, officers, agents, partners, and employees, shall not be held liable for the following: a.) technical, hardware, software malfunctions of any kind; b.) lost or unavailable network connections; c.) failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promo; or d.) by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Videos.

Participant hereby releases ABS-CBN, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, successors and assigns, from any and all claims and damages Participant may have arising out of or relating to the Promo, for invasion of privacy, emotional stress or pressure, humiliation or defamation, failure of equipment or technical malfunction, or any other cause of action arising from the production, duplication, distribution, broadcast or exhibition of the Video, or from any injury or damage which Participant may suffer arising or resulting from Participant’s participation in the Promo.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ABS-CBN, its subsidiaries and affiliates and their directors, officers, agents, or other partners, and employees, free and harmless from and against and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your participation in the Promo, your violation of the Terms, your violation of the rights of any person or entity, or your violation of any applicable laws.

Use of Personal Information

Participant allows ABS-CBN, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and trusted business partners to use Participant’s Personal Information which Participant provided upon submission of the Photo for any of the following purposes: (a) to market, promote, sell and advertise its/their products, services and activities; (b) to customize the advertising and marketing activities, and to improve their services; (c) to fulfill the Promo mechanics; (d) to pass information to the relevant government agency or institution for fraud information; (e) to transfer, move, copy, record, store and use the Personal Information; (f) for other purposes as permitted by relevant laws and regulations; and (g) to contact or communicate with Participant for any of the purposes stated herein.

Participant agrees to notify ABS-CBN of any changes or errors in the Personal Information, or if Participant wants to revoke the permission granted to ABS-CBN herein, at following contact information:

Agreement to the Terms
